This Policy has the wholehearted support of the Directors and Management of Woolsey Concrete Limited.


STATEMENT OF QUALITY POLICY

It is the policy of Woolsey Concrete Limited to manufacture high quality products, which are for for their intended use and ensure customer satisfaction.  All products will comply with relevant customer and internal specifications reflecting sound commercial practice and be in accordance with statutory and regulatory legislation.

Quality performance is a commitment to excellence by each employee which is achieved by teamwork and a process of continual improvement.  The manner and arrangements for implementation and maintenance of the policy are reflected in our employee training programme.  The Production Manager is responsible for and has full authority as the designated Management Representative to deal with all quality related matters.

This policy statement will be amended as necessary from time to time.  The Directors expect the full and willing co-operation of all employees in carrying out their role in delivering this policy.



THE AIMS OF OUR QUALITY MANAGEMENT POLICY ARE:

  • To ensure quality control of finished products, customer service, environmental protection and all other activities throughout the business.
  • To ensure a culture of pride in our workmanship.
  • To improve production processes and efficiency, eliminate wastage and minimise defect rates.
  • To assure our customers of a consistent and first class product at all times.


QUALITY MANAGEMENT OBJECTIVES

  • To exceed customer expectations by delivering high-quality products to the customer within agreed time frames.
  • Partnering with our customers to ensure out products meet their specific needs.
  • Demanding that everything we do leads to a cleaner, healthier, safer environment.
  • To promote good safe working practices within our production facility.
  • To liaise with and monitor all our suppliers to ensure they meet our high standards of product quality and consistency as well as environmental management.
